Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the company’s branding, marketing objectives, and industry trends in printing and packaging.
    • Create high-quality, engaging posts and visuals that showcase products, services, and industry expertise, including packaging solutions, printing processes, and sustainable packaging practices.
    • Work closely with the design team to produce visual content that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Actively manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by engaging with customers, prospects, and industry professionals through comments, direct messages, and group discussions.
    • Respond to inquiries, customer feedback, and comments, ensuring timely and professional communication.
    • Build relationships with influencers, industry experts, and customers to foster a positive online community and increase brand advocacy.
  • Brand Promotion & Awareness:

    • Promote new products, special promotions, and company updates related to the printing and packaging industry through social media channels.
    • Leverage social media platforms to highlight industry news, trends, case studies, and behind-the-scenes content to showcase the company’s expertise in the packaging and printing sectors.
    • Drive awareness of sustainable packaging initiatives and environmentally friendly printing practices that align with the company’s values.
  • Campaign Development & Management:

    • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase product visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads for packaging and printing services.
    • Use paid advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase reach, engage with the right audiences, and support lead generation efforts.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, lead generation, conversions, and audience growth, using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
    • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of social media efforts, including insights on content performance and audience behavior.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance insights to maximize impact and improve results.
  • Trend Research:

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media features to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in the digital space.
    • Regularly research and adapt to new printing and packaging innovations, consumer behavior, and social media strategies to enhance content and engagement.
