We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads, and driving the growth of our sales pipeline. This role requires Good communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Generation: Research, identify, and generate new leads through various channels including online research, social media, email campaigns, and networking.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and actionable.

  • Relationship Building: Nurture leads by maintaining consistent and professional communication, understanding their needs, and positioning our offerings as solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies, align efforts, and share insights.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and channels is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and ability to work in US timings.
