Main Responsibilities:
1. Take the initiative to carry out sales activities, promote the company's laser cutting machine products in the Pakistan market sales, to complete the sales target;
2. Actively visit potential customers, understand customer needs, provide product introduction and solutions to facilitate orders;
3. Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, establish long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Participate in the sales team's market research and competitor analysis, to understand the market dynamics and customer needs;
5. Follow up the execution of customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction;
6. Provide customer service and after-sales support, deal with customer complaints and problems, and maintain good customer relationships;
7. Report sales progress and market feedback to the sales manager on a regular basis, and make suggestions and proposals for improvement.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, mechanical engineering, business management or related professional background is preferred;
2. Have more than 1 year sales experience, laser cutting machine or related mechanical equipment sales experience is preferred;
3. Good communication skills and sales techniques, able to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers;
4. Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly understand and master product knowledge;
5. Have teamwork spirit and good service consciousness, able to work closely with team members to complete the sales target;
6. Good stress tolerance and resilience, able to maintain a positive working attitude under pressure;
7. Ability to communicate in English/Pakistani as a working language.
