You will be responsible for improving student learning outcomes by coaching and empowering teachers, ensuring program fidelity, and strengthening academic interventions. The role involves engaging with teachers, training the internal field team, consulting with academic partners, and driving evidence-based policy change in collaboration with government and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Teacher Support & Program Fidelity

  • Engage with teachers to ensure the effective implementation of academic programs and curriculum.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to enhance teaching quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate classroom practices to maintain program fidelity and identify areas for improvement.

2. School Visits & Training Execution

  • Plan and conduct regular school visits to assess the impact of interventions on student learning outcomes.
  • Design and execute training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and mentors to improve instructional practices.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adapt training methodologies and address learning gaps.

3. Internal Capacity Building

  • Train and support the field team, including Regional Managers, to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives to strengthen pedagogical skills within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment to encourage innovation and best practices.

4. Partner Engagement & Consultation

  • Collaborate with partner academic teams to align instructional goals and program implementation.
  • Share research insights, student performance data, and intervention strategies with partners.
  • Provide consultative support to partners to enhance educational outcomes.

5. Policy Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present key learning insights, best practices, and research findings to government and education sector stakeholders.
  • Advocate for policy changes that improve student learning outcomes at scale.
  • Build strong relationships with policymakers, and other education stakeholders to drive systemic impact.

6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Act as the line manager for Regional Managers, providing guidance, supervision, and performance management.
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or education management.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
  • Experience working with government education systems and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results.
