6. Investigate compliance breaches, incidents, and complaints. Develop and implement remediation plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
7. Oversee compliance-related activities performed by third-party service providers, including custodians, administrators, and investment managers, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
8. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders on compliance-related matters. Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and accurately.
