We are looking for Receptionist candidates for an International Client, based at Islamabad. Candidate MUST have Proven professional five(05) years of experience with at least 3 years in diplomatic missions, international organizations, or the corporate sector. Prefer He/she must be reasonably well-versant both in written and spoken English language and in the use of MS Office, MS Outlook etc.

Tasks:

Receive visitors to the RM by obtaining clearance from RM concerned staff, and up to date log of all visitors.
Receive and tag all documents received from outside sources.
Responsible for PRM library/documents, track of all issued and received publications
Act as a backup of operations assistants.
Provide backhand support to Sr. Logistics Assistant in routine tasks
Prepare and send documents for dispatch and log the same.
Answer incoming calls and connect them to the relevant staff.
Provide assistance to all outgoing calls, ensuring clear line quality.
Log all operator-assisted calls by indicating calling and called parties, time, and charge for the call.
Prepare and ensure timely updating of the extension list of PRM: and telephone directory
Coordinate with admin assistants for meeting room requests.
Assist in sending out mail through PRM’s diplomatic pouch service.
Performs other duties that may be assigned, for example, providing secretarial support as necessary, and routine clerical work such as typing, photocopying etc

Qualification: Min Bachelor's Degree
