Your responsibilities encompass:

  1. Client Liaison: Being the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about retrofitting services offered.
  2. Communication Facilitation: Coordinating between clients and installation teams, ensuring smooth scheduling, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the installation process.
  3. Problem Resolution: Handling customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for swift resolution while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conducting follow-ups post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction, seeking feedback, and addressing any lingering concerns or issues.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Generating reports to highlight areas for improvement in customer service processes.
  6. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the company's retrofitting products and services, being able to explain features, benefits, and potential drawbacks to customers.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales, installation, and management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care and service delivery.
  8. Advisory Role: Providing advice and guidance to customers regarding the best retrofitting options based on their needs and budget.
  9. Customer Education: Offering resources or information to customers about the benefits of retrofitting, energy efficiency, and any relevant industry updates.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving customer care strategies, processes, and services.
