Working with the senior accountant on bookkeeping duties on accounting softwares.
- Bookkeeping duties
- AR & AR query resolution
- Preparation of self-assessment returns
- Preparation and submission of statutory account
- VAT Returns
- Payroll
- Debt recovery from clients
- Client communications – primarily email based
- Management reporting as requested
Command on accounting software including but not limited to:
- Xero
- Sage
- QuickBooks
- Quickfile
- Taxcalc
Project work
This role also includes ad hoc project work as and when required that will be briefed as necessary.
