Check / review Contractor's shop drawings for all structural works, including coordination with all the electrical, mechanical, specialist disciplines and architectural requirements of the project and with all the regulatory requirements. 
•Implement the contract documents requirements, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site. 
•Review / check and recommend the correct completed progress percentages of all civil and structural activities to the client / CM for Contractor's Monthly Payment Applications. 
•Check, review and approve all the civil and structural materials submittals, proposals, calculations and samples. Refer any complicated design issues to SSH design office for assistance in review. 
•Inform Resident Engineer and Head of Structures immediately if any serious incident occurs which could affect the safety, stability, serviceability or durability of the structure, adjacent structures, whether in the short or long term. If appropriate, instruct emergency procedures to avoid accidental damage. 
•Inspect the civil and structural materials delivered to the project site for compliance with approved materials data / samples. Ensure that testing of the materials is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and relevant codes/standards. Reject and ensure removal and replacement of non-compliant materials. 
•Check quality of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the contract specification requirements, method statements and approvals.
  •Review and approve the As Built drawings.  •Carry out regular periodic inspections at the site to ensure that safety standards are being maintained (e.g. scaffolding, formwork, ladders, shoring, dewatering, etc.)
  •Ensure that subordinates on the site are fulfilling their duties correctly with respect to the day to day supervision of the civil and structural works. 
•Respond to contractor's RFI's related to civil/structural works. Coordinate with design office if additional design information is required. 

• Ensures that the project as per setting out plan.
• Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule.
• Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with project documents.
• Follow up and Supervising all the inspection requests
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP and method of statement
• Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower,
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that construction is performed as per safety plan
• Coordination between structural architectural and MEP ,
• Ensuring that the Contractor performs his work in a manner that does not cause unnecessary or improper interference to the public, including access to public or private roads and footpaths
• Investigating sites condition to determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed construction during work progress
• Coordinating for testing of materials, processes or systems related to engineering works.
• Assisting all inspection procedures with site inspectors
• Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues(Daily submittals, inspection requests, Quality Safety, Progress ,Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site)
• Review and make recommendation to senior engineer of all Shop Drawings and quantities for accuracy
• Keeping detailed record and quantity of work done, the Contractor’s construction equipment, labor deployment and material usage on a day-to-day basis.
• Preparing reports on work progress with respect to project schedules and resources.
• Report any difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site.
• Review and make recommendations to senior engineer contractor payments, quantities, variations.

• Carry out regular site inspection according to Drawings and specification.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection and clearance of comments on Inspection Request.
• Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation from suppliers.
• Check the concrete sampling operation (Slump/Temperature).
• Record the changes on site and review as-built drawings/submission.
• Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
• Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.
• Strictly implement company rules and monitor contractors / sub-contractors procedures and practices for health and safety as per client’s HSE requirements
• Check on the survey coordinates, dimensions of foundation, profiles and levels on site grading prior to start for construction.
• Prepare daily / weekly Quality surveillance reports.

• Checking of layouts of the buildings accordance to the Temporary Bench Mark and developed plans.
• Checking of bending and fixing of steel according to the drawings.
• Checking of formwork, its coordinates sitting out, alignment, plumb, opening etc.
• Preparation of daily and weekly site reports, incoming/outgoing materials reporting etc.
• Daily site visit and monitoring of site works and taking progress snaps/pictures for reports.
• Checking of bar bending schedule and its right implementation.
• Strictly enforce the health and safety rules on site.
• Assurance of the quality of work at site, concrete, bricks, blocks and other materials testing at site.
• To ensure the work on site as per specifications and according to drawings.
• Checking and verification of contractor’s bills in supporting to ARE & RE.
• Keep close supervision on all field, lab tests and their results and report to Q.A / Q.C Engineer.
• Inspection of site works like civil, electrical and plumbing works etc.
• Solve site related problems with the consultation of ARE & RE.
• Participation in site meetings with client and contractor.
• Coordination with social team for any non-technical issue if raised on site.
• Participation in the meetings of social mobilizer/coordinator and communities.

• Implement Company’s quality & loss prevention policies.

• Supervision of excavation and RCC foundation of new Admin Block.
• Supervision of RCC frame structure and Concrete block masonry work.
• Follow-up of all finishing works i-e plaster, Floor and wall Tile, Painting and Roof Ceiling as per drawings.
• Verification of contractors IPC, s.
• Provide necessary data of CNC machines foundation to design engineer.
• Checking of all formwork before concrete pouring as per design and coordinates.
• Checking of all steel structural materials i.e. beams, purlins and RCC foundations according to design.
• Report day-to-day progress to line manager.
• Preparation of all furnace foundations.
• Supervision of new workshop buildings (steel structure) as per design.
• Responsible for construction of workshops RCC floors.
• Ensure that Health Safety Environment requirement are being fulfilled
