Competency based training & Assessment

<div><p>It was a donor funded project sponsored by European Union for skills development. In collaboration of TTB (Trade Testing Board) Government of Balochistan, TUSDEC which is a working body under federal ministry, took initiatives to make people competent by providing Real-Time-Environment where they could be equipped with knowledge based training and practical work.. linkages were made with different enterprises ,MoUs and MoCs were signed with those enterprises for the On-Job Training of the trainees.In this regard 350 trainees were trained, and their skills were deveoped in various trades like logistics, AutoCAD, Computer Operator, Web Developement, Office Assistant and digital marketing.on completion of successful competency based training all the trainees were assessed in their respective discipline and provided with tool kits to serve in the market .it contributed to the prosperity of the people by providing self-employment opportunity to them as well as the economy of the country.</p></div>
