An electronic health record system, built on block-chain. Transparent. Secure. Immutable.Creating a peer 2 peer network of hospital management system. Every hospital in the country will act as a peer. Consensus can be performed using these peers about the prescriptions issued by the doctor, to avoid fake medicines and corruption. Symptoms will be checked against the MRI, X-Rays, brain tumor and other Scans. Symptoms like cough, fever are not on the system since people usually prefer to be touched by the doctor. So, we cannot generate scans for that. The General functions you can perform are Can make an appointment. Patients can be added in the system with the given parameters below Name Contact Email ID Transcription and medicines can be updated. For example if you visited again Update Past Visit Update Transaction Update Medication Similarly, A doctors profiles can be made Doctor Name ID Salary Hospital you work for Bill ID Supply ID Money ID Send Bill Receive Bill These records can be accessed from any hospital who have the network installed.1.For example if hospitals have that blockchain all over the Europe and you want to go to any hospital a doctor can view your symptoms, Previous doctor, the current medication you are on. 2.Similarly if you have Doctors IDs different doctors you can find and search the best doctor for yourself. For these searches the queries will be added in the system. For this to achieve, I used IBM Blockchain Hyperledger Fabric. Its main components are DockerFabricComposerComposer PlaygroundComposer Rest Server Angular AppIBM Cloud for hosting.

= Software Tools included React.js, Node.js, Google Maps API = Hardware Tools included sensors, WI-FI Module, Storage Media Description of Project: = Hardware included Arduino board programmed to collect data from several pollution sensors, SD card module for storage of collected data and WI-FI module programmed to transfer the collected data to WEB server in real time. = Web App included Node.js server API with mongo Db to provide data to React.js client. In Node.js REST API routes were written to handle the requests of clients and for real time communication with the hardware device. = Incoming Big data from hardware device was handled by writing efficient mongoose schema for storing and for client serving the data in JSON format. = The React.js client through API calls fetched the required data from server API and visualized the data on Google Maps API with several layers like heat map, Markers and data points. = Web APP also included timeline to view the historical data in the manner of days and months on Google Maps just like any Weather Web App. (Note: The above Web App explained is developed in PHP as well but without the feature of timeline. Dataset included more than 2 million records)
