·Oversee the Helpline staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance.
·Responsible for managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and timely resolution of end user help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Helpline functions.
· Analyze performance of Helpline activities and documented resolutions, identify areas where user experience needs to be streamlined and communicated to the developers
·Develop and maintain help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users.
·Maintain close liaison with IT/MIS team on overall DHIS2/MIS related matters.
