Maintain Record of Employee Transfer, promotion, increment & warning letters.
Collect employee data & process their employee & visiting cards.
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Handle client complaints & forward to GRO (Grievance Redressal officer). Also keep record of complaints.
Maintain monthly Leave record and lateness detail.
