I have served IFRC on provincial position as security access officer where my core competencies were to process NOCs with Sindh Govt. for International delegation, approve travel request /accommodations/mission orders for Red Cross Red Crescent field movement sindh and look after security matters overall.

Currently, working as Security/access Focal for EPI Sindh at assigned (DEOC) at Deputy Commissioner office KHI East. Special assigned task here is to deal with Afghan population (high risk areas), staff trainings on assessing risks and challenges.
Filed staff trainings to avoid conflicts zones and community agressions due to polio/covid/TCV vaccination in refusal pockets and reporting channels accordingly.
Security deployment as shoulder to shoulder and cordoned off as per plan is the prime responsibility here.

Being part of District Emergency Operation Centre (DEOC) my work under WHO/UNICEF line management and direct supervision of PEOC Sindh is to liaison with LEAs for providing security to the thousands of field workers and facilitate National/International delegation field movements.

Provide safe (uninterrupted access) to polio workers/health Staff and monitors in Armed forces and Judicial residential areas through official correspondence is one of key task my designation.

The core competency of my overall career is communication (Verbal formal).
Communication with LEAs and Government offices (Home office Sindh/CIA and Police Special branch KHI) to facilitate International delegation movements and process NOCs and renewals accordingly.
Risk assessment and LEAs Depolyment through official correspondence.
Communication not only with LEAs but to the concerned stakeholders, political and religious influencers who ever could be helpful to minimise risk for filed staff and movements overall.

Security and Safety Certified trainings, iOSH (UK), IOM,IFRC and UNICEF have enhanced my working abilities and understanding of line management, risk assessment, access and security and correspondence accordingly.

(NARIC certification from UK) is something that validates my English language proficiency.

I hope, shared information shall help HR team to assess my experience and consider my name for the list of people HR wants to hear some more on applied position. Thanks
