Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing daily status report and circulate to the management.
• Monthly audit preparation (Physical verification of stock with stock report of system) with and facilitate audit team for actual audit.
• Conduct stock count of finish Goods on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor product rework on daily basis and coordinate with packet breaking center for timely reconciliation of stocks.
• Preparation of dispatch notes (DN) in oracle system.
• Prepare weekly/monthly stock reconciliation of packaging and finished in Oracle.
• Receive production physically & reconcile it on hourly basis while receiving it through Oracle.
