Major Account Responsibilities:
·         Monitoring of supply chain management information system (MIS) from inventory purchase, receipt in store and properly feeding in financial accounting system to ensure the correctness of data.
·         Reconciling parties balances monthly / annually for the conduct of audit.
·         Prepare Local and Import Purchase Material Reconciliations.
·         Prepare Local Sale Export Sale Reconciliations.
Major Tax Responsibilities:
·         Prepare daily FBR portal sales tax parties invoices & return status and coordinate with relevant department in finalizing the invoices and return status in accordance with FBR portal.
·         Provide data update for preparing of the monthly Sales Tax Return. Preparation of Stock Statements with respect to export sales and forward to team members for the consumption of Raw Material (Yarn, Greige Fabric, Conversion / Weaving, Outside Processing, Packing and Stitching Material, Lubricants, Services (Courier-Insurance) Store items/Miscellaneous).
·         Checking of sale and purchase register (s) to ensure the timely submission of Monthly/Annual Tax Returns in accordance with the Rules defined by the regulatory bodies.
·         Liaising with other departments for data compilation. Deduction of PRA of Services related parties, Prepare and file monthly withholding statements (PRA-Sales Tax).
·         Preparation of payment proof register under section 73 of the Act 1990 for Post Refund Audit.
·         Prepare and Issue Sales Tax Debit / Credit Notes, Sales Tax Invoices and Sales Register. Finalization of sales tax refund claim.
·         Replies to Analysis Sheets and Post refund audit observations eventually causing Show Causes and Order in Originals.
