Role: Performed documentation of several business cycles including Purchases to Payables, Treasury,
Insurance Management and Inventory Management. This exercise included interviewing the process owners,
collecting walk-through documentation and recording the existing business cycles. Mapping of key risks
against process objectives, identifying gaps and proposing recommendations, for CPBM.

Client: Women Empowerment Group (WEG)
Nature of Assignment: Business Planning
Role: Prepared Business Plan for WEG, a non-profit organization. This assignment included preparation of a
five year business plan, HR consultancy and conducting fundraising activities for the client.

Client: Lahore University of Management and Sciences (LUMS)
Nature of Assignment: Systems Audit
Role: Post implementation review of SAP ERP for LUMS, including reviewing entity wide SAP modules,
assessing controls, identifying weaknesses and proposing recommendations, with respect to ERP
functionalities. Reviewed Financials-Asset Accounting (Fixed Assets) and Financials-Controlling Module.

Client: Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP)
Nature of Assignment: Audit and assurance
Role: Audit of PRSP in Kasur & T.T.Singh. Performed audit of payroll function, performed test of controls on
cash/bank account and purchases account(medicines /drugs), performed audit of operating expenses
(Vouching of R/M of vehicles, travelling and entertainment expenses etc), performed inspection of Fixed
Assets to verify Fixed Assets existence and completeness test.

Client: Christian Technical Training Center (CTTC)
Nature of Assignment: Audit and assurance
Role: Audit of CTTC financial statements, in Gujranwala as external auditors of KNH (CTTC’s principal donor).
