• Daily site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Generate daily reports on construction progress and identify any potential issues or delays
• Inspect the quality of work on a daily basis and provide feedback to masons to ensure that they are following proper ratios and procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to masons and other construction workers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with equipment and systems
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other stakeholders

Generally Supervise Day to Day Site Activities.
• Ensure Work is executed in Accordance with the Specification.
• Provide & Maintain update information of the quality of work accomplished, tested & accepted.
• Arrange site Testing to be carried out in accordance with the Specification.
• Prepare daily work reports, accomplishment reports and Progress Photographs.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Examines and studies the plans, design standard and specification.
• Review and evaluate the work program and schedules submitted by the
subcontractors in order to justify and ensure that the project would be completed
within the agreed time frame.

Conduct baseline surveys/assessments.
• Coordinate and mobilize communities on conducting focus group discussion in the target areas.
• Conduct research/assessment on Menstrual Hygiene Management.
• Conduct awareness sessions/walks in girl\'s schools/colleges/Maddarsas.•
Develop strong relationship with community and engage Diverse Organizations, Community Leaders, and residents of the intervention areas.
• Lead the formation of Primary Groups, WASH Clubs and WASH Committees in the community.
