Drafting SOPs for attendance, leaves, and other HR policy matters.
Preparations of various reports required by Management.
Issues all kind of HR Letters.
Prepare FS/Clearance, Gratuity, and P.F of leavers with Exit Interview.
Developing training and development programs and maintain the records of performance appraisal records.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Assist in the Special/Annual Increment process according to the performance base.
Preparing Income Tax reconciliation and maintaining previous tax deduction record and issuing the income Tax certificate.
EOBI & Social Security Management:
Having full knowledge about the EOBI and PESSI manual and portal's vouchers generation process.
HR Operations:
Branch Visits.
Coordinates executive communications responding to emails and interfacing with employees regarding the attendance issues.
Preparations of various reports required by Management.
Managing and checking Dress Code of non-managerial staff.
