• Review and Consolidation of accountancy and monthly closure alongwith accounting of reallocations, accruals and monthly adjustment.
• Cost allocations as per forecastings, donor guidelines for each project keeping in view the budget flexibility.
• Final review of Payroll before disbursement.
• Check all the payments and ensure compliance before payment is processed.
• Import of Financial contract, Budget Parameters, update financial information, tracking of on-going grants, Staff and vendor data and provide Technical guidance on accounting system.
• Budget prepration for new proposals in collaboration with program teams, final consolidation and sharing further after getting final sign off from country director.
• Facilitating in FBR and EOBI audits, leading the prepration of replys to FBR notices.
Regional Business support Finance Coordinator (Asia)
• Ensuring compliance, budget development and resource allocation as per the yearly operational plan.
• Coordinate the accounting and finance management functions of the regional office in line with the organizational rules and procedures.
• Support the regional and country offices in all aspects of financial management enabling timely delivery of programmes.
• Upload all approved budgets, Contracts in the allocated filing system.
• Ensure monthly closure of accounts within required deadlines.
• Prepare timely and accurate donor reporting of multi country and regional projects, checking local partner and affiliate reports alongwith consolidation as per donor guidelines.
• Yearly closing of the accounts and funds allocated for the regional program balancing of grants.
