Summary
Deputy Drugs Controller, serving the public sector by exercising the regulatory powers conferred by Drug law 1976 in an area of jurisdiction of whole Punjab. Playing advisory and regulatory role in assuring the availability of quality medicines to public by regulating the points of sale, distribution setups and manufacturers of the medicines in province of Punjab. I am backed up with experience of quality control testing of medicine and bioequivalence studies in Pakistan Drugs Testing and Research center, Lahore. Also worked on a project of Pharmacovigilance in Pakistan and also for United Nations as a consultnat for a project on Training Need Assessment of Supply Chain Professionals
I am a Pharmacist by training, holding a Masters degree in Pharmacology and certifications in Supply Chain Management of Health Commodities and QHSE lead implementer. Also had experience of Public health Sector while observing the role of Private Pharmacies in TB care and Control.
I almost covered all aspects of quality of medicines in my experience, so it can be said that the ensuring the quality of medicines and patient safety is of my concern and it is my passion.

The project titled “Assessment of Capacity Development Needs for Procurement and Supply Management Human Resource in Public Health Programs” involve the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project manager to develop a list of respondents for data collection
• Collect data using the assessment tool provided by Empower School of Health, India
• Secondary research regarding specific topics related to PSM capacity of the country and previous assessments conducted
• Assist Project Manager in collating the collected data in a singular format for assessment
• Assist Project Manager in developing a country specific capacity development plan, including cost of implementation of the plan
