 Managing Energy, Waste and HSE of 100 acres spread City Walk project which include Retails, Hotel, Cinema, Residential Community, Entertainment Street, Hospital and a science park.

 Develop, implement and communicate improved processes, policies and procedures on a continuous basis, always seeking greater efficiencies and higher customer satisfaction.

 Maximize communication and synergy between the Group Leaders from all departments.

 Organize and attend regular internal and external meetings with soft and hard FM.

 Gather utility data, analyze & evaluate consumption, and investigate variances for cause as they apply to City Walk project for energy, water and waste.

 Analyzing energy usage of all applicable buildings for city walk, Picking up over consumption, abnormal peak points to ensure energy efficient operation of the building.

 Continuous improvement of energy saving operation by developing, coordinating, implementing projects to reduce energy consumption.

 Support other operational aspects to reach common goals not only in focus of energy saving but respecting the comfort of the occupants also.

 Continually review the procedures and workflows for continues improvements.

 Prepare Plans such as Energy management, Utilities Management and environment sustainability management in coordination with the Hard and Soft FM teams.

 Prepare reports for the Facility Managers highlighting areas requiring attention

 Audit the facilities to identify cost effective energy saving opportunities

 Engage managers and co-workers by providing timely and relevant sustainability knowledge and information. Provide support in delivering co-worker sustainability training.

 Work in partnership with the Client to provide innovative FM solutions and the continuous improvement of services.

 Work in partnership with Farnek – Hard FM team to ensure a seamless solution provision.

 Utilizing computerized maintenance management system for proactive and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and HVAC facilities to ensure efficient operation.
 As part of the Facilities Management Division, liaise with all users for the complaints and requirements in order to meet KPI targets of customer satisfaction index.
 As Training Coordinator for Facilities Management Division, appraise staff training needs and coordination with human resources department for effective implementation of training plan and achieving results from trained staff.
 Act as Safety Coordinator to effectively implement a safety management system and ensure safety at FMD.
 Take prompt action on break downs and managing teams to perform preventive maintenance activities to enhance operations reliability.
 As departmental representative for quality and environmental compliance, provide support to FMD team in attaining compliance of environmental goals and divisional KPIs.
 Involve in in house and funded energy efficiency projects planning and their budget requirement and achieving results.
 Ensure compliance of applicable HSE standards enforced by PEPA, IFC and other bodies.
 Developing project proposals, terms of references for facilities and energy projects.
 Prepare monthly and annual reports on energy consumption/conservation plan, activities and performance for review by management.
 Smooth operation of Chillers, Boilers, Heat Exchangers and Utilities and handling of staff to ensure safer and better care of the facilities.
