Oversee, plan, assign and supervise construction projects ‘on an on-going basis and enable rapid 
escalation of issues for resolution and improved performance and implementation.
• Routine visit to look after all site operations by following the standards, specification & its 
implementation as per approved drawings, method statements & approved materials.
• To make budget of any new task assigned by HOD i.e. make proper costing of material with
labor wages.
• Responsible for maintenance of all Ac unit running in head office and production unit.
• As per BOQ checked and verify MTJ outlet lucky one complete bill.
• To check quality of all civil work like masonry, plaster, concreting, MS structure work.
• To take quotation from vendors as per work requirement & make comparative for tendering.
• To verify the quantity of work done by vendor & then submitted bill to project coordinator.
• Handle all labor on site & checking that they are completing their daily task.
• Execution of interior finishing items like work station, cabinet, shelf, racks, partition, glass 
work, paint work etc.
• To coordinate with I.T depart & make their complete installation of cad wire as per their 
requirement & execute installation of their switch.
• To give order to purchaser to buy material as per our work requirement.

Monitoring quality of work of activities going on site and work progress according to
specifications and schedules preparing required quantity of material and to submit
purchase order to HOD and also check billing of quantities.
To visit all areas and where ever maintenance work is required directly report to HOD then execute it.
 To check every work going on site like form work, reinforcement work, masonry, plaster, tiles & interlock.
 Also checking work of fabricators working on MS structures like shell structures, railings.
Calculating all types of quantities including cement, concrete, finishing items & also calculates quantities of MS structures pipes and making BBS.
Making weekly schedule of work and give it to foreman to execute as per schedule.
Prepare daily & monthly progress report then submit it to HOD.
Handle all the labor on site & checking that they are completing their daily tasks.

General & technical site supervision of civil works including sub-structure, super
structure, finishes & associated work.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Plan and execute civil works construction in coordination with civil contractors.

steel and finishing works).
Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of any
subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
 Ensure all of construction activities as per project standards &specifications.
Worked on all finishing items of building like tiles, plaster, paints, doors, aluminum, glass etc
 Preparation of bar bending schedules.

Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project.
 Implementing site layout according to drawings and specifications.
 Calculation of all types of quantities in building construction and making BOQ. (Concrete,steel and finishing works).
Managing and coordinating the material test, like cube test, slump test, compaction test,and issuing witness certificate.
 Preparing daily and weekly progress reports and submits to projects manager.
 Supervision of construction activities as per design standards and specifications.
 Looking after the construction, operations and maintenance activities on site.
