Summary

Planning and forecasting I play the lead role in planning and forecasting of inventories to be held in individual branches and the warehouse. This includes five 14th street pizza branches, subway and one call (the delivery experts) branch. These goods include boxes, supporters, poly bags and all other products produced in the country for the company. I handle all payments made to these vendors i.e. getting the cheques approved from the finance manager to handing it over to the vendor. Helping to design, plan, execute, control, and monitor supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance. nFinding the right price For all the products manufactured in the country I review the current price we are buying the product at, and then try finding a cheaper source however keeping the standards always in mind.
