I have 12 plus years of experience in Sales & Distribution at 04 multinational organizations Lotte Kolson Pakistan, Abu Dawood Pakistan (P&G), Nestle Pakistan (PND), Burque Corporation and Shangrila, I have done my MBA in 2011. Currently I am working at Shangrila Pvt Ltd as Sr Area Sales Manager Multan. Trend setting is my passion and I love to do something new. Responsibilities: ➢ Working with the team of 04 TSOs 20 DSFs at 34 towns of Sargodha Zone. ➢ Team & town’s monthly/annual targets preparation and distribution. ➢ Follow up for primary and secondary target achievement. ➢ Ensuring business KPI's (Productivity, Early Bird, SKU/bill, Power Brands etc.) ➢ Frequent markets and distributions visit for back checking & training of DSFs & TSOs. ➢ Weekly and monthly reporting.
