- Having Complete knowledge of construction of R.C.C. work.,Housing works and Infrastructure works- To ensure implementation of quality policy and procedures. - To identify and ensure skills of assigned contractors are aligned to project requirements. - To Participate in regular project meetings between management and contractors to identify problems, and target dates. - To Supervise work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications. - To make estimates of costs of material, labor and use of equipment required. - To Supervise daily log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports. - To Review monthly estimates of work completed and approve payment certificates for contractors. - Providing technical guidance to contractor personals. - Checking and certification of R A Bills, Measurement sheets - Complete involvement in planning & execution of the whole work. - Finding problems & giving solutions for execution of work at site. - Checking Bills of different Contractor. - Ensuring quality of workmanship & diff. Material. - Day to day reporting to Project Manager. - Making day to day work progress report. - Co-ordination with contractors & different departments at Head Office.
