I am a development sector professional with expertise in the areas of Education, Vocational and Technical Trainings, minoritys rights, WASH, Livelihood, Emergency Response and Livelihood. I am also a human rights activist and have been fighting and writing for the rights of marginalized groups including religious, sectarian, ethnic and linguistic minorities and others in Pakistan. Currently, I am working as a Sr. MEAL Coordinator with Thar Education Alliance. Prior to this I was part of National Vocation and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) in Sindh. I also worked as a Grant Writing consultant with Cruz Medika Foundation, a Mexican organization working on Tele-health, in Maxico.
I have remained associated with different organizations ranging from public to development sector for the past around seven years as a full time employee and a consultant where I have served my expertise to upgrade the institution from the individual range for professional development. As a consultant, I have been offering my services in the area of Proposal Writing, developing concept paper, writing research report, editing, translation, IEC material development, writing success stories from field, on issues pertaining to Education, WASH, Livelihood, TEVT, GBV and Humanitarian responses.
In academics, I did my Bachelor in Business Administration from Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur, Pakistans top Business sector university, and also Certification in Project Management Other Tools for Career Development from University of California, Irvine
Design and implement comprehensive program frameworks and tools tailored to each project (e.g., UNESCO, PMYSDP, UNICEF, SEF, and Malala Fund), ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives of each program.
Conduct regular site visits to program locations to verify that program activities are being implemented as planned, addressing any issues or deviations as they arise.
