Monitoring the datacenters and configuration and routing of the VLAN. Troubleshooting and monitoring network performance across L1, L2, and L3 layers to maintain seamless connectivity.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (Routers, Switches). Proactively resolving link disruptions and performing initial troubleshooting using tools like MikroTik and SecureCRT. Collaborating with the fiber team for swift restoration of connections.

Monitoring network devices and bandwidth usage in real-time using PRTG Network Monitor and Cacti. Implementing custom sensors and alerts in PRTG for timely issue resolution. Monitoring bandwidth utilization across network interfaces with Cacti for proactive capacity planning and optimization.
Coordinating with other vendors to maintain operations, diagnose issues and resolve problems regarding Layer 2 clients and Dark fiber connectivity.

Experience of marketing and making quotations in brands products like (HENSEL, PEPPERAL+FUCHES, WAGO, PULSE, KATKO, WALTHERWERKE) etc., These Brands have different products like, Sensor, power supplies, junction boxes, Safety switches, PLCs, Terminal blocks, Plugs sockets etc.
