Designing formats / templates for documentation and presenting the project information in effective manner.

Prepare work plan periodically in connection with overall plan
Field visits and monitoring of activities for note taking for reports and evaluations
Preparing and Submitting Reports on designated formats. Both qualitative and quantitative
Coordination and liaison with partner CSOs and Line Departments,
Preparing case studies and lessons learnt during project implementation
Conducting trainings and also conducting orientation/reflection sessions with team members and seniors as well

Senior Field Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:-
Strengthening FP services in the areas of partnership through meeting with the key stakeholders of the communities to invite their cooperation and support for the project
Prepare plans for effective marketing and organize events in partnership areas in consultation with Regional Executives.
Coordinate and support to field team for effective field visit planning and implementation.
Coordinate and support to address the queries and problems encountered while working with the communities by private service providers and field worker marketing
Ensure that all the required equipment\'s at private service provider\'s clinic are in good operative conditions.
Ensure that the private service provider\'s opens and closes clinics on agreed /given time and providing quality services to the clients as per project protocols and guidelines.
Improve client flow through effective supervision of field worker marketing and private service provider.
Ensure that PPs are maintaining a healthy clinic environment; this includes health and safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, maintenance of utilities and discipline etc.
During field visits check the supplies records, daily diaries of private providers and daily diaries of field workers marketing and sign them.
Give supplies of contraceptives to PPs and submit cash to Regional Executives.
Identify and prepare success stories of project and clients and share with the Regional Executives.
Timely collection & verification of field workers marketing and PPs reports and after consolidation to Regional Executives.
Arrange regular weekly meeting with field workers marketing and monthly meeting with PPs along with Regional Executives/AMO.
