Quantity Surveyor
At China Gansu International Cooperation Pvt. Ltd., I perform duties as a Quantity Surveyor, including Bar Bending Schedules preparation, item verification for approval and payment, Monthly Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) generation, Sub-Contractor's running bills preparation, Non-BOQ Rate Analysis, Price adjustments, quantity take off, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports, contributing to the successful execution of the Dasu Hydro Project.
Quantity Surveyor
During my tenure as a Quantity Surveyor at M/S MUGHALS PAKISTAN (Pvt.) Ltd., I was assigned to the Construction of Sukh Chayn Residence F-10 Markaz, Islamabad, from 24th March 2021 to 11th June 2022.
My responsibilities during this period included site verification of steel as per approved Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and drawings. I also prepared BBS and supervised steel fixing on-site. Additionally, I meticulously checked various finishing items for approval and payment purposes. As part of my duties, I prepared Monthly Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Sub-Contractor's running bills. Furthermore, I conducted rate analysis for Non-Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items and prepared shop drawings for the project.
