<b><u>Responsibilities</u></b> <br/><br/>- Plant Capacity (8000 Tons) per Day<br/>- Maintain the preventive Brushing schedule of Evaporators, Vapor Cell, Batch &amp; Continuous PAN house.<br/>- Writing Progress report of General Shift on daily Basis and represent to the AGM.<br/>- Working with chemical Engineer and Juice Chemist on Vapor Cell (10500 Tubes), Evaporators (10500 tubes), Batch Pan (70 tons 970 tubes) and Continues Pan (tubes2208)<br/>- check the size of brix .<br/>- Maintaining the juice pressure.<br/>- Check vapour pressure on every half an hour <br/><br/><br/><b><u>SKILLS<br/></u></b><br/>-To work in a challenging environment by using my    skills and experience as Chemical Engineer on   demanding projects.<br/>- Energetic and self motivated team player &amp;builder. -Facilitate a team approach to achieve organizational objectives, increase productivity and enhance employee morale.<br/>- Quick study with an ability to easily grasp new technologies, Enthusiastic worker.
