Logistic officer .Responsibilities.Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets project timescales/requirements Assist in control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with  pminimum handling and stock damage Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line  pwith the BRDS’ procedures and requirements  Assist in management of warehouse inventory, which should reconcile with the  pphysical goods available at the warehouse Assist in delivery of the rehabilitation material to the target villages on time, every ptime using appropriate methods  Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is pin line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are  precorded to ensure accuracy Liaise with suppliers as and when required in a timely way Perform any other task that may be assigned by the project coordinator and management.
RCCE officer.Responsibilities. contact with key informants  activists in the Hospitals   identify  Hospital  for WASH interventions with the help of key informants activist introduce BRDS and donor to the Hospital  Staff brief Hospital  Staff  about the project and activities  brief about the beneficiary entitlements  selection criteria  form  re-activate Hospital committees in the identified Hospital clarify hospital committees roles and responsibilities  sign terms of partnership and or MOU with the Hospital  committees.To document the proceedings of the meetings with names of the Hospital committee members and also signature or thump impression register beneficiaries and have them endorsed by the hospital  committees  ensure participation of Hospital  Staff.
