Currently working as Mechatronics Engineer in Electronics Department and leading a team of 42 people at Hosiery Division (HD-03) at Interloop limited which is the largest hosiery manufacturer overall.
My Responsibilities include:
Developing Strategies and action plans for the Maintenance of Machines which involve Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Dealing and Co-ordinating with the respective departments for continuation and developing of projects and smooth operations
Initiating Different projects for continuous improvement and increasing the efficiency and operations of plant
Conducting Engineering calculations and simulations to ensure that electronic components integrate seamlessly into the design by Developing and Executing test plans to validate electronic designs and work with manufacturing teams to ensure the project and also work with suppliers to select components that meet design requirements and cost targets. The projects include Automation using PLCs, sensors, actuators and HMIs.

Completed the Trainee Program of 6 months which involved the Cross Functional Training in every department along with the Department Specific Projects solving a major problem to have an impact on the Process

Managed and organized different technical and non-technical workshops, seminars and competitions. Volunteer at different events.

Did Internship in Maintenance, Service and Parts department. Did research on the engine and parts of different cars and understood the defects in them and presented a report to the company about the processes there.

Organized and Managed different technical workshops. Facilitated the participants in their projects.

Did Internship in the manufacturing plant of Deep Freezer. Observed and understood all the processes involved. Presented an improved design for Conveyer System for the plant to make the process faster.

Managed different workshops and volunteer at different events and seminars.
