o Customer servicing/care calls to corporate clients and financial institutions with in and out of city or up country and give guide line to sort out the issues.
o On time incident report to seniors and give solution with multiple options.
o Support to monitoring officers / Service center staff regarding the all operational issues round the clock.
o Building relationship with customers and responsible for retention.
o Monitoring operational issues of all corporate clients.
o Provide solution & multiple options for regular challenges in all our team members
