Major Responsibilities:
• Team leader of eight direct and Ninety Five indirect reports while overseeing supply chain activity of 250M through S.A.P. & Candela (Oracle Based).
• Responsible for the streamlining of Finished Goods deliveries (Furniture and Home/Essential items) across Habitt display centers/showrooms and directing deliveries to customer as per schedule.
• To ensure finished SKUs are received from manufacturing unit with proper SOP and quality procedures.
• Developed formal JDs and distributed purchase and receiving functions to address COI matters.
• Identified and reduced backlog inventory (stuck up since years) worth 40millions.
• To ensure proper storage of finished SKUs to comply FIFO and A, B, C concepts.
• To ensure SOPs are followed-up at each stage of inbound and outbound deliveries considering HSE compliance.
• To ensure receipt, inspection, repacking, stacking and dispatching of FMCG Items (home decor, kitchen accessories bed & bath) of imported consignments.
• Outbound fleet management for distribution of finished goods.
• To ensure timely communication for disposal of SLOB inventories for maximum revenue.
• Optimization of warehouse resources & maintenance of safety protocols to ensure reduced inventory damage and theft.
• Daily activity and order fulfillment reporting to higher management.

Accomplishment:
• Assisted Senior Manager Supply Chain in the development of JDs of warehouse manpower.
• Suggested and initiated safety protocol for high value furniture items to avoid damages.
• Streamlined delivery schedule through SOP creation of before the time communication of delivery items resulted in Order fulfillment increased from 55% to 94%.
• Selection and positioning of order picking team leaders in warehouse.
• Improve Logistic function by concept of consolidate shipments.

• Involve in procurement & its related task
• Dealing with order acceptance till order dispatch while focusing mainly on production & Material planning.
• Make sure on time material availability
• Reviewed MRP reports to Finalize demand and Approve Purchase Requisitions for JIT purchasing.
• Scheduled transportation for inbound & outbound materials.
• Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.
• Involve in production plan, forecasting & make sure material availability as per budget & Forecast.
• Confirm orders as per request of marketing & make sure it’s availability as finished good on committed dates
• Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
• Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to stores.
• Budgeting, Monthly/Yearly Budget is prepared as per the requirement & Forecast.
• Looking after prompt replies to customer requests & queries via customer satisfaction methodology
