Community Liaison officer
As a Community Liaison officer I am working in primary and secondary healthcare department Govt of Punjab. I m leading 20 Outreach worker in 11 district of Punjab they screened of HEP, HVB, Syphilis & HIV in their districts also they report me on the end of every month.
Customer Relation officer
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
Phone Banking Officer
Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
Providing customers with relevant product and service information
Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Internship
Its a 6weeks internship to learn many things in real way.
