• To support the Government School Teachers on implementing Activity Based Learning (ABL) and Multi Grade Teaching (MGT) techniques.
• Conducted baseline assessment of teaching strategies in government of Islamabad.
• Identify and selection of target schools for interventions.
• Assisting in designing and distributing a customized ABL and MGT learning kit and other relevant teaching learning material tools
• Coordination with UNISCO for project related matters and providing reports.
• Developing the training and progress reports on monthly basis

• Baseline Survey for initiating the project on ECCD in slum areas of Islamabad.
• Planning and conducting sessions for ECCD (Early Childhood Care and Development) and NFE (Non Formal Education) teachers
• Utilizing the creativity of teachers and students to develop teaching resources through the available low cost no cost materials
• Observing Class room teaching with constructive feed back
• Conducting session to develop teaching methodology and curriculum enrichment through the available resources
• Monitoring and evaluation to steer the whole process towards effectiveness and efficiency
• Reporting the contributions and efforts to senior management
• Assisting the teachers in compiling the reports
• Collecting and Compiling the progress reports for management
• Assisting HR in maintaining the salary and benefit record of the field staff
