Strategic Communication :
implement a comprehensive communication strategy that resonates with the Ministry of SAFRON’s vision and mission.

Coordination :
Facilitate an effective coordination mechanism among CCAR departments and Partner Organizations including UNHCR, IOM, GIZ, JICA and national organization engaged in Afghan refugee affairs.
Collaborate proactively with Stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of relief efforts and efficient project implementation.
Represent CCAR in meetings, Stake holders and Donors conferences, and relevant forums.

Information Management and Data Cell :
Oversee the development and maintenance of Management information systems for welfare of Afghan refugee matters.
