Summary
- I have an M.sc (Agri) Hons in Agriculture Entomology, from SAU, Tando jam, and currently working in RDF as a Project Manager in a funded project. I have worked in an international organization (CABI) as a project manager and Entomologist on an NEFR project, this position I have done my job as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (ME Officer) from May 2018 in a better cotton project with CABI in Tando Allahyar. Previously I have worked as a Producer Unit Manager, I have also worked as a Project Manager running a project on TOT of Fisheries, Livestock, Kitchen gardening, and backstopping in Thatta Sindh. I have more than 09 years work experience in development sector on different aspects including monitoring and backstopping in Better Cotton Project at Mirpurkhas and Matiari districts of Sindh. Having more than 06 years experience in Capacity building of Technical staff on different aspects and farmers under Farmer Field School (FFS). Monitoring of field staff activities in field, management and development of different activities based literature and documentations for the training purpose. I have one-year experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the project towards better cotton project by Cab international. I am acridities trainer by BCI. I have good expertise on GLOBAL GAP certification on mango, pesticide free vegetables and Homestead Village Gardening, Value Chain approach, food security livelihood in Agriculture projects, Research and Human development organizations. I am proactive, persuasive and able to perform multi-tasks, simultaneously. I am flexible and recognized for ability to build, train, lead and be part of effective team. There is need of much hard work for creating peace, harmony, equal justice, tolerance, healthy economy and well education in our society. Possess leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills. Target oriented and experience in teamwork I want to play my role in development of my country and my nation through Agriculture sector.
