• Managing distribution relating to stock and sale on daily basis

• Monitoring service center and provide service center report twice in a week
• Attend weekly and monthly meeting with district admin including DCO , AC’s, Tehsildars and other revenue related persons and share minutes of meeting to Project Manager
• Plan and organize program activities as outlined in the project documents
• Ensure smooth running of the Project activities by providing technical back support
• Receive and review regular daily, monthly and quarterly reports and provide feedback
• Ensure preparation and submission of biannual and annual progress report of the organization to donor and government departments
• Participation in planning and management meeting and provide necessary support or information regarding project
• Develop monthly / quarterly work plans for the projects as per action plan or annual work plan
• Assist resource mobilization team and strong coordination with MEAL department for the improvement.
• Delivering presentations to staff members regarding findings or research
• Provide adequate skills to the Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding officers, and Polling Officers to perform their best duties in conducting Election 2013.
• Responsible to collect attendance and feedback session from the polling staff.
• Responsible for issuing the Certificates of participation.
• Prepare training material for participants and ensure their understanding by different practical on how to conduct election
• Planning and effective training with the coordination of team member
• Organize polling station and all its structure during training so that poling staff understand all important steps concerning poling
