Administration of Warehouse, Material Coordination / Material Reservation / Issuance / Transferring and Assigning Stock numbers, Codification of items, Trace track and expedite purchase processes, Material Replenishment, Condensate & HSD-Diesel loading/decanting, HSE awareness of warehouse to accomplish highest standards of safety while manual handling and working inside the warehouse or outside in the open yard.

Store & Purchase Supervisor
Responsible for proper storage and housekeeping of materials based on requirement, Warehouse administration, Proposing space optimization methods, Material receiving, Material Inspections, GRN, Issuance, Return & Transfer postings to update inventory system.
Coordinate with all department for monthly demand, coordinate with vendors for quotation and purchsing.
Materials Cordinator
Primary responsibility is to provide Warehousing and Inventory Management services for Project material, in order to ensure smooth and timely material management from/to the warehouse/Yard.
Physical inventory of materials, receive / return activities and ensure inventory adjustments, stock replenishment, review availability of direct charge items, raise purchase request and coordinate with purchasing team.Identifying slow moving items and suggest alternate items and at the same time, responsible for identifying fast moving items and highlighting these for early re-ordering and various inventory related reports.
Warehouseman
Responsible for proper storage and housekeeping of materials (include various oils and chemicals) based on requirement, Warehouse administration, Proposing space optimization methods, Material receiving, Material Inspections, GRN, Issuance, Return & Transfer postings to update inventory system in SAP.
