• Oversee all aspects of working of the organization/project, and provide qualitative input where required to meet programmatic objectives/targets/.
• Decide a reporting framework, format and frequency of reports.
• Communicate with various entities and organizations, and convey information related to Sunbeams’ program of activities. E.g donor organizations, corporate sponsors, government, individual philanthropists and so on.
• Prepare high-quality reports, including narrative, pictorial and financial reports and proposals.
• File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
• Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Organize Board meetings, retreats, training sessions
• Coordinate with various departments at Sunbeams, such as: Admin, HR, IT, Accounts, Marketing, Community Development, School Management, Academics & Training Departments.
• To help in developing Software for Sunbeams Schools and design banners, newsletter and flyers.
• To manage social media accounts of organization , maintain their official site.
• Social media Advertising and marketing.
