As Unit Head Resource Mobilization my responsibilities are:
· Lead the Resource Mobilization Unit in internal & external meetings

USAID/Office of Transition Initiative (OTI) launched its Pakistan Transition Initiative (PTI) in 2007 to address the volatility and violent extremism that threatens Pakistan’s move toward social, political and economic stability. Implementing activities through a small grants mechanism, as a Senior Grants Officer my responsibilities were:
· Lead the weekly and quarterly reporting process and any other reporting as required
· Receive, review and edit grant ideas from field counterparts
· Lead the Grants Unit in Grants Implementation and Coordination Meetings
· Update Payment Tracker, work plan Tracker, Grants Matrix, Grants Projectization Sheet, Project Progress Matrix and Funds Source Tracker

Gender Equity Program (GEP) is a five year USAID funded program implemented in Pakistan by The Asia Foundation (TAF) in collaboration with Aurat Foundation (AF). The Gender Equity Program aims at closing the gender gap in Pakistan by proactively supporting the development of women. The program seeks to facilitate behavioral change in society by enabling women to access information, resources and institutions, and improve societal attitudes towards women's rights issues. As a Senior Program Officer my responsibilities were:
• Develop TORs and oversee research reports objective-wise
• Provide support to Sub-Recipients (SR) in enhancing their implementation capacity through supervision and guidance
