•         Develop TORs and oversee research reports objective-wise
•         Provide support to Sub-Recipients (SR) in enhancing their implementation capacity through supervision and guidance
•         Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)
•         Provide technical support to SRs for conducting the advocacy and BCC outreach activities
