Almost One year worked with Gerrys Dnata Ground handling Company at Lahore Airport as Duty Manager (a sister company of Emirates Airlines). As a shift Incharge, I was entirely responsible for all in and outbound international flight operation.
My job description was to assign the staff as per operation requiments from check in to airside, Pre and post flight breifing and to monitor the entire flights operation during my shift as well as to prepare and submit daily flight reports to higher management.
More than Two decades worked as Customer Service Representative at Jeddah International Airport with Saudia Ground Service a leading ground handling Company. During my service at airport, worked with worlds well named Airlines and handled thousands of customer.
