Core strengths are implementation of HR Processes, HR operations. Being an HR Executive have been implemented SAP in my organization with SAP experts, being Head of my SU (Strategic Unit), I have introduced workload analysis and controlled extra hiring by making proper analysis for the organization to reduce the budget variance of the year. By hiring potential candidates provided benefits to the organization to run their routine work in a timely manner. Timely Training Need Assessment made my staff more competent and updated as per time-to-time requirements.


In a learning wing of Riphah worked directly with Dr.Ali Raza Nemati (International Trainer) in his project of university engagements, arranged more than 100 training for Riphah employees.
