Trainee Engineer
I got training in the textile industry and got hand on experience and involved in research and experimentations.
Quality Control:
·         Performed chemicals strength tests for bleaching process
·         Raw material, in process chemicals and final product testing
Research and Development:
·         Did research for the production of wet wipes and developed recipe
·         Started producing hand sanitizer for firm employees to prevent coronavirus
·         Introduced hand wash liquid production for factory usage to reduce cast by research
Process Department:
·         Assured the safe and desirable optimized operation in the batch process
·         Controlled risks and kept record for each batch in the reaction chamber for bleaching

Project Intern
Our project was “How to Optimize Water and Energy Usage and minimize waste in the Process” and the key performance indicators was;
·         Water Foot Print
·         Energy (Electricity & Fuel) Usage
·         Solid Waste Management 
We adopted the methodology of case studies, literature review, and experimental research article with hand on information gathering for energy profiler to complete the project

Internee Engineer - Production
I did internship in the Pakistan’s best fertilizers industry which produces all type of fertilizers and support the farmers to enhance fertility of the cultivated land. I studied and got hand on experience of Calcium Ammonium Nitrate Plant
·         Performed line tracing of water, steam and chemicals in the continuous process
·         Created the process flow diagram of Calcium Ammonium Nitrate plant
·         Made the report of overall study and on job training
