To follow the standard principle of 25 sample of the total reported un-registered women to determine whether this identification was done as a result of an IPs effort or not. If 50 of the respondents (using up to 25 sample) are unable to confirm their claims, then the sample size shall be increased to 30. Similarly, if 50 of the un-registered women deny the IPs claim, then the sample size shall be increased threefold from the actual sample of 5, i.e. 35.
