·   Assessed the client’s nutritional & health needs.

Project: Integrated Independent Program Monitoring for EPI centres – IPM
·          Conducted frequent field visits following the approved work plan.
·          Completing the checklist, sharing them with the relevant program personal timely and providing daily reports to the Provincial Coordinator.
·          Collaborated closely with the Provincial Coordinator to oversee and execute field monitoring tasks related tot the EPI Program.
