DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION 
 
v  Verify the layout work for footing excavation, pcc work, steel and shuttering, column, beam etc...
v  Verify the level work for footing excavation, pcc work, footing concrete work, beam, column, slab, Door, windows and flooring etc…
v  Verify the Shuttering and steel work according to Drawing.
v  Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS) for steel fixers.
v  Verify the Concrete work according to Mix Design, Ratio, how much PSI, and Slump also finishing of concrete according to given level as per drawing etc…
v  Prepare the Bill for sub-Contractors according to work they have done.
v  Verify the Brick work, Plaster work, door and windows work, flooring work, painting work etc… according to Drawing and Specification.
v  I am responsible to make sure the quality standards are being followed in my areas of responsibility by visiting and advising the Construction team time to time according the Company’s civil engineering Policy.
v  To make sure that the ongoing activities are as per Approved Project Drawings, Project Specifications, Applicable Standards & Approved Method Statements.
v  Raising RFIs time to time according to Approved for Inspection to our Client/ Consultant prior to release for next activity.
v  My assigned areas are different kinds of Machine foundations, Under Ground Utilities & Pipe racks etc.
v  I am responsible to monitor the civil works activities in my area including Compaction/ backfilling, Form works, Rebar, Embedded Items, Concrete Pouring & Protection, etc according to approved method statements and drawings.
v  I am arranging and conducting different kinds of field tests with 3rd party as and when required. I am also handling Material Receiving Inspections for the materials delivered at site through Raising RFIs with Client/ Consultant prior to release for use at site.
v  I am doing coordination with area engineer for methods & techniques of civil ongoing activities.
v  Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, schedule and productivity of personal, sub-contractor and associated support.
v  Coordination with overall management and planning/ organization of any existing .
v  Inspected buildings and structures in the process of construction or repair for compliance with all requirements of applicable ordinances and laws.
v  Ensure the field construction organization is monitoring the Quality of the work in accordance with the approved Site Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP’s) Method Statement.
v  Contractor’s staffs are in receipt of the latest revision Approved for Construction (AFC) Drawings, Procedures Specifications, and Method Statement.
v  Able to monitor, update and successfully meet construction schedules and finish at or under budge
v  Excellent knowledge of building tools and materials and methods of building construction.
v  Exceptional ability to apply technical knowledge and follow proper inspection techniques to examine workmanship and materials, and detect deviations from plans, regulations and standard construction practices; advise on standard construction methods and requirements.
v  Great ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
