Restaurant Manager
oversee the daily operations of a restaurant location. Their responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating employee schedules, and ensuring company protocols are being followed. They also plan menus, order supplies, manage budgets and resolve customer complaints
Restaurant Supervisor
oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints
Banquet Supervisor
oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Banquet supervisors are also responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff
